We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel in Old Quebec. The location was amazing, just outside the gate at Rue St Jean. It was so convenient to all of Old Quebec and perfect for exploring the city. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable, positive, and very pleasant to deal with. The rooms were very clean and the hotel had great amenities, such as an indoor swimming pool and a rooftop pool. The restaurant on-site had delicious food and a great outdoor dining area. we highly recommend this hotel to all.

The only downside was that some guests were talking loud and slamming doors, but that was not a reflection on the hotel itself. Additionally, the check-out process was a bit slow and we had to ask for our bags to be picked up from our room three times.

Located near Old Quebec, the hotel exudes charm with its refurbished brick building and well-appointed rooms. Staff are welcoming and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable and relaxing. The breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant are delicious, and the outdoor fire pits are cozy and atmospheric. The pool on the 9th floor is a highlight, offering breathtaking views.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was situated right between the old city and the modern area, giving us easy access to both. We loved that there was a mini-market just around the corner, a coffeehouse across the plaza, and numerous restaurants and shops on St. Jean street. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and they provided us with complimentary maps to guide us through the city. Plus, the junior suite we stayed in was stunning, with beautiful ceiling frescos, a luxurious jet bathtub, and modern amenities like a mini fridge.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the parking situation was a bit of a hassle.

I loved the unique blend of old and new in this hotel! As I entered, I was welcomed by the exposed brick from the older part of the hotel. The decor throughout the corridors of the hotel had a deep blue color with sophisticated accents, giving it a vibe of timeless elegance. The hotel room continued this classic theme, but with modern amenities such as wood floors, a rainfall shower, and a mini-fridge tucked away in an elegant cabinet. The view from the high floors was also fantastic, overlooking the city just outside the main entrance to Old Quebec City. The breakfast was very good, considering North American standards, and the staff were very friendly.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to the highway made it convenient for quick trips to Ile d'Orléans. a great experience with a superb location.
