We loved the new hotel with its spacious rooms and beautiful tower views. The breakfast had a wonderful variety to satisfy everyone's taste. The staff's professional reaction during an incident at breakfast was commendable. The security manager went above and beyond, arranging a taxi and accompanying us to the hospital. We felt truly taken care of and want to thank the coffee shop staff and the security manager.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable experience. They even gave me a free welcome drink and allowed me a late check-out as a gesture of compensation for my room not being ready at check-in. The hotel itself was stunning and very well maintained. It had a beautiful city view from my room, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the local neighborhood and there was a large market right across the street with a variety of food and clothing options. I would definitely stay here again!
