Convenient location near attractions and metro. Enjoyed breakfast with international and local options. Recommend high floor rooms for better views. We loved the new hotel with its spacious rooms and beautiful tower views. The breakfast had a wonderful variety to satisfy everyone's taste. The staff's professional reaction during an incident at breakfast was commendable. The security manager went above and beyond, arranging a taxi and accompanying us to the hospital. We felt truly taken care of and want to thank the coffee shop staff and the security manager.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - right across from the bustling Namdaemun market. I loved exploring the local neighborhood and being able to walk to nearby attractions like the Namsan cable car. The room service was excellent, with prompt and friendly staff. The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the cozy sitting area to the in-room safe and soundproofed rooms. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant and snack bar. The staff at the reception desk were always welcoming and made me feel right at home.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable experience. They even gave me a free welcome drink and allowed me a late check-out as a gesture of compensation for my room not being ready at check-in. The hotel itself was stunning and very well maintained. It had a beautiful city view from my room, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the local neighborhood and there was a large market right across the street with a variety of food and clothing options. I would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly attentive, especially Yong Seok at breakfast. He made sure my tea was fresh and separate from the coffee carafe, so it tasted great. The room was impeccable, with a fantastic view of N Seoul Tower and a spacious bathtub to relax in at the end of the day. The lounge was well managed and the breakfast at MoMo was delicious, with a variety of choices including hot stations with tasty noodles. The hotel staff made my special occasion even more memorable with their professionalism and kindness.

It was conveniently located near major attractions, with a bustling market right nearby. the subway station was within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing great hospitality throughout my stay.

One downside of my stay was the soundproofing of the rooms. I could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night.
