I always return here. Staff helped with my elderly parents once. Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, outdoor pool, jacuzzi. No pets/smoking. Perfect for me. Back for New Year's.

The location was very convenient, with quick access to the mountain and a gondola nearby. the parking lot was easy to access and navigate. the rooms were clean and spacious, offering comfortable beds.

there were some communication issues with the staff regarding the facilities, and a delayed refund of the security deposit.

there were issues with the heating in our room, and despite multiple calls and visits to the front desk, the problem was not addressed. the amenities were lacking, with no toiletries provided in the bathroom and broken blinds that couldn't be raised or opened.

We had a great stay at La Tour Des Voyageurs II. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. We even requested a late check-out and the staff were very helpful in accommodating our request. the location was perfect, right in front of the cable and close to the mountain. it was a wonderful experience.

During our recent stay at a hotel in Mont-Tremblant, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the property. It was right beside the start of the Cabriolet, making it easy for us to explore the village. The hot tub and pool were also nice amenities that we enjoyed.

The initial reservation did not accurately reflect the room amenities, and we had to pay an additional fee for a fireplace. the hotel was also undergoing construction, which was not mentioned on their website.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being right in the village and close to attractions. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing, perfect after a day of exploring the city. the location was great, very central and close to all the main attractions. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and spacious room, it gave us a good night’s sleep.

The cutlery provided was dirty and the bathtub had visible calcium deposits that made it feel unclean.
