The value for the money was great, and the room was impeccable. The location was perfect and the staff at Crowne Plaza treated us like royalty.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location next to the metro and tram stops, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel also had a small shopping center nearby with a supermarket, bakery, and restaurants, making it convenient for us to grab essentials and try local cuisine. The room was fabulous, with modern facilities, a comfortable bed, and spectacular views of the business district. We were also impressed by the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet, with plenty of options for omelettes, vegan dishes, meats, fruits, pastries. The friendly and professional staff made our stay even more enjoyable, providing excellent service throughout our time at the hotel. The hotel also had its own parking, which was a big plus for us as we had rented a car.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this luxurious hotel. The location right by the city centre was great and the area felt safe and welcoming. The staff provided exceptional service and made us feel very taken care of. The room was clean and modern, and we were impressed with the soundproofing. The amenities were top-notch, including the beautiful roof bar on the 21st floor with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. The live piano music in the lobby added a touch of elegance to our experience. That the rooms didn't have a coffee machine, but the hotel provided a filter coffee set with delicious coffee from a local Polish producer. our stay here was outstanding.

We also enjoyed the top floor bars, with great views and fast elevator service. the staff were very helpful and nice and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast that had a wide variety of foods to choose from.

Our only complaint was the view from our room, which was blocked by another building. we wished there were more TV channels and online radio options.
