Quiet room with comfortable bed and friendly staff.

i was almost ready to give a good review, but then i found a cockroach in the dining area, how lovely! the bed sheet was torn, and no one seemed bothered to fix it. i also expected a complimentary gesture for all my trouble, but i guess that’s too much to ask for. disappointing experience overall!

I had a great experience at this hotel, as it was conveniently close to st mary's basilica which i visited on a leisurely stroll, and sanjeevaiah park was just a short walk away for some relaxing nature views. the warm welcome from the staff really made my stay enjoyable and memorable.

the breakfast buffet was a total disappointment, and don't even get me started on the room service—waiting 1.5 days for extra toilet paper is just ridiculous. i expected a room upgrade for all the hassle, but instead i got basic treatment like everyone else. how thoughtful of them to keep guest comfort at the bottom of their priority list.

I enjoyed the great location near the train station, making it easy to travel. The amenities such as 24-hour security and room facilities were convenient and made my stay comfortable. The staff, especially Sheetal at the reception, were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options were limited, but I found nearby restaurants with good choices.

However, during check-in, the receptionist asked us to check out earlier than usual, which was really inconvenient. They seemed rushed, and it left us feeling a bit disrespected.
