The staff at Residence Inn went above and beyond when my daughter got sick during our stay. They prechecked us in and had towels waiting for us when we arrived. The suite was fully furnished and had a kitchen, perfect for our extended stay. The hotel also had laundry facilities, which was a huge help. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food.

My husband and I recently stayed at Residence Inn in Murfreesboro for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Reid, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided valuable information about the area. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well worth the price. We were particularly impressed with the outdoor pool area, which would be perfect for a summer visit. The breakfast selection was extensive and the location of the hotel, right off the freeway, made it easy for us to explore the area and find dining options within walking distance or a short drive.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in a very safe neighborhood. We were able to easily access nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient during check-in. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable living area and a well-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the "happy hour" activities at Residence Inns, which is one reason we book them.

The bed sheets had not been properly cleaned, and there were areas that were not routinely cleaned, such as the top of lights and the refrigerator. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating.

We were blown away by the amazing outdoor area at this hotel. The pool was fantastic and there was plenty of seating in both sunny and shaded areas. We loved the kitchen island with a grill for guest use and the separate fireplace area. the outdoor area made our stay truly memorable. And I must mention that the rooms were clean and comfortable too. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was incredibly spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed that made me feel like I was sleeping at home. The attention to detail was evident, from the modern bathroom with its sleek design to the well-equipped kitchenette. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, always greeting me with a smile and providing excellent service. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, situated just a short walk away from a variety of shops and outlets that any shopaholic would appreciate.

While my stay was overall wonderful, there was one minor issue that could be improved. The lack of laundry services on weekends was a slight inconvenience, but it didn't significantly impact my stay.

Best aspects of my stay were the convenient location right off the highway and the friendly staff. the hotel is surrounded by a new mall and lots of retailers, making it a great place for shopping. the staff was always willing to help and made me feel welcome. Another advantage was the nightly mixer in the breakfast area, offering delicious grilled chicken sandwiches and other tasty options. It was a nice way to socialize and enjoy some evening snacks.

Worst aspects of my stay were the worn-out furniture in the room, including a ratty and frayed chair, and the old kitchen appliances. the skillet and saucepan were in rough shape and there were no serving bowls or enough spoons.

We just spent our New Year's Eve in a hotel and it was a great experience. the complementary breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. the location of the hotel was perfect, very convenient for us to visit nearby attractions. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel which made us feel right at home.

The room was not properly cleaned and we had to request housekeeping to come back and do a better job. the walls were also quite thin, which made it difficult for us to sleep with the noise from the neighboring room.

The pool area was excellent. Magnificent room. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location.
