Great value for money with a modern and clean room. The location couldn't be better, right across from the iconic Chateau Frontenac and close to all the cafes and shops. The staff was helpful and quick to solve any issues.

A minor inconvenience was the lack of instructions for the TV remotes, but it didn't affect our overall experience. the public parking was a bit far from the hotel, however, considering the central location, it was understandable.

Plus, the building itself was stunning and added to the overall experience. The apartment had everything we needed to make meals, and I really appreciated the printed manual that answered any questions we had. Additionally, the staff was extremely responsive to our emails and provided quick assistance whenever we needed it.

One day during our stay, the batteries on the code-locks and remotes needed to be changed. It wasn't a major issue, but it did interrupt our lazy day of relaxation in the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old City, surrounded by history. We loved being just steps away from the famous landmarks and charming shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious living room and comfortable beds. The cleanliness was impressive, and everything was well-maintained. Parking was convenient, either in nearby garages or right in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. All in all, this hotel provided us with a wonderful experience in this city.

We stayed at a loft unit with amazing views. The octagon-shaped room had big windows where you could see all major attractions. The location was excellent, close to everything, right by the cathedral on a small side street. The loft was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. We were greeted with beautiful church bells and got to see the horse-drawn carriages from our room. The hotel had a rooftop terrace with incredible views of the river and the surrounding buildings.

Our home away from Home in Quebec City! the apartment was super easy to access with the provided code. the location was key, as we were able to walk to all the major attractions in the area, including the lower Old Quebec, the Frontenac, the citadel. Plus, the in-room free washer and dryer were a great convenience.

The beds were uncomfortable, which affected our sleep quality. the bells of the nearby church ringing at 7:40am could be quite disruptive.

We had a wonderful stay at Les Lofts Du Tresor. the unit was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for Quebec City standards. the location was excellent, right next to the Chateau de Frontenac and the Dufferin Terrace. It was very easy to explore the city from this spot, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. the apartment itself was stylish, with nice city views and a fantastic rooftop terrace. the kitchen and dining area were well-equipped, making it convenient for preparing meals. We also appreciated the easy entrance with the electronic keypad.

Nothing to complain about at all. 😊
