The value for money was great, the room was clean, quiet and spacious. The location was excellent, close to main sites and in a vibrant neighborhood. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, including Eliza, were always friendly and available to provide us with great advice on touring and restaurants. The location was perfect, just steps away from the light rail and within walking distance of popular attractions like Ben Yeduda pedestrian street, the Jaffa Gate in the old city, and the Yehuda market. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we really enjoyed the daily happy hour and the excellent breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a really great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city on a pedestrian mall, with easy access to the tram line. The hotel itself had a nice view of the adjoining plaza and even had access to a sunny terrace. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a shared terrace. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice bonus!
