Incredible location for city exploration, friendly and attentive front desk staff , amazing pool area loved by kids, top-notch property and facilities, the most helpful and nice GSA made us feel at home.

From the moment we arrived, we received top-notch service from the staff. Dara Morales, in particular, was a standout. She was professional, attentive, and always had a welcoming smile for us. the location of the property is also fantastic, with the beach, markets, and great restaurants nearby. the amenities such as the comfortable bed, pet-friendly facilities, and pool area made our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed for 7 weeks and our whole family of 6 absolutely loved it. the quality of the property and facilities exceeded our expectations, and the staff made us feel at home even though we were thousands of miles away.

The hotel had a great location, it was right in the heart of the city and close to all the shopping and dining spots. It made it really convenient to explore the area and take in the festive Christmas atmosphere. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that was perfect for snuggling up in during the chilly winter nights. Plus, the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, which was a great bonus for staying connected with loved ones over the holiday season.

The staff at this hotel lacked the warmth and friendliness that I was hoping for during my Christmas stay. the check-in process was slow and impersonal, and the staff seemed disinterested in providing any assistance or recommendations for things to do in the area.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the city centre and close proximity to the beach. The front desk staff, especially Susana and Erwin, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The highlight of our stay was meeting GSA Dara, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home and assisted us with everything we needed. The property itself was of high quality, with comfortable beds, pet amenities on the roof, and a fantastic pool and jacuzzi area. We highly recommend this hotel.

The facilities, particularly the pool area, were incredible and our kids absolutely loved it. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
