The stay at this hotel was absolutely awesome! the room we stayed in was a junior suite and it was very nice. the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, especially Anya Novikova from the Sales department. We received welcome amenities, including a surprise fruit basket and a calendar as a souvenir. the location of the hotel was also perfect, making it convenient for us to explore the city.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the check-out process was a bit problematic as their system was down.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay, providing assistance with reservations and organizing various activities.

Additionally, we were impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail from the staff.

The location was superb, allowing us to easily walk to all the main spots in the city center. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with super new rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The staff were exceptional, always kind and ready to assist us. The breakfast was not as good as other hotels we've stayed in, but still enjoyable.
