The hotel had a great breakfast with friendly staff. They had a variety of options to choose from and the woman in charge was really nice. the location was convenient as it was close to Ashland, KY and had easy access to the new bridge. Another advantage was that the grounds of the hotel were well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for the stay.

There was one major downside to my experience at this hotel. There was a dog in the room next to mine that was really noisy and woke me up in the morning with its howling.

Likes , the hotel had excellent customer service, with friendly and helpful staff. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. the hotel was also very clean and well, maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

Dislikes , There wasn't much to do in the city, so we had to drive for entertainment. Additionally, the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, causing it to steam up easily.

We had a pleasant stay at a newer hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The pool was refreshing after a hot day. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and inviting stay.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at this hotel! The pool being open 24 hours was perfect for us night owls. The breakfast was amazing and the morning kitchen staff, especially the woman with red glasses, were incredibly attentive. The hotel's back yard was perfect for us, allowing our puppy to run free while we relaxed on the comfortable outdoor furniture surrounded by cool string lights. The landscaping was well-maintained and there were even fun activities like a horse shoe pit and corn hole. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great beds and pillows. The bathroom had full-size DOVE products, a nice touch. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, especially Tracy who went above and beyond to assist us during our late check-in. we highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Ironton for a multi-state trip, and it was by far the best hotel we stayed at. The hotel was newer and incredibly clean, with comfortable beds and crisp linens. The breakfast was delicious, with different options each day. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the indoor pool was clean and warm. I also highly recommend dining at The Armory next door for amazing smoked meats and Amish bread.
