our stay at the lofts was even better than our previous visit to montreal. the location was perfect, overlooking a charming alley with a cathedral in the distance. the staff was friendly and responsive, and the loft itself was clean, well-furnished, and had a beautiful view. walking distance to everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Lofts Du Vieux-Port. the apartments were spacious, tastefully decorated, and had a lovely old world European feel. the view from the double windows was charming, and the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the wifi worked well throughout the old port section. a highly recommended choice for accommodations in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the well-stocked kitchenette in our cozy room, complete with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The large bathroom with a rain shower and jacuzzi tub was a luxurious touch. Despite the slight confusion during check-in, the staff was welcoming and always ready to assist. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions. I highly recommend Lofts Du Vieux-Port By Gray Collection for a fantastic stay.

The apartment was well-appointed and spacious, with kitchen facilities that allowed us to eat "at home" if we wished. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the location in the heart of the old town was ideal, with many good restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

The lack of soundproofing made for a noisy stay, particularly on Saturday night when it was difficult to sleep. the low lighting in the bathroom near the mirror made grooming activities a challenge.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close to so many great restaurants in Old Town. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with original brickwork and hardwood floors. The staff were friendly and responsive, always there to assist. the breakfast was delicious and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

One negative aspect was that the cleaning of the room was only done once during our 8-day stay, which was shocking and unacceptable.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious and tastefully decorated apartments. The exposed stone walls and old-world European feel added to the charm. The location was fantastic, with numerous restaurants and shops within a short walk. The port area across the street provided plenty of activities for the kids. The wifi worked well throughout the old port area, a great perk for staying connected without using international data roaming. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
