The location of this hotel is great, situated in a nice area just off Dundas St. We found it convenient for Ubers to pick us up and drop us off.

I had a wonderful stay at Marriott Downtown in Toronto. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern, with a comfortable bed and nice bed linens. The location of the hotel was excellent, and I enjoyed the convenience of having a small fridge and in-room safe. The stand-up shower in the room was great, and I liked the seating area and the overall size of the room. The hotel itself looked great, with a beautiful interior and well-maintained floors. Even though there were only 4 elevators, I didn't experience any long delays during my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I felt safe with the key pass required to reach the guest floors. The breakfast bistro, although understaffed, had decent options and was reasonably stocked. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel for its overall amenities and location.

The only drawback I experienced was the noise from the heater in the pool area, which was located in the same room. Additionally, the pillows were not comfortable at all.

The room and bathroom are spacious and clean with exceptional service from friendly staff. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options that satisfied even a picky eater. The hotel provides good facilities, including impressive lounge rooms and quality dining options.

Some minor issues have occurred, such as the difficulty with the food situation that contained too much black pepper.

As a satisfied guest at Marriott Downtown, I had a wonderful stay in Toronto. The staff truly went above and beyond, making the experience even better. The bar/restaurant manager, Ralph, was exceptional and had great recommendations. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff accommodated my wife's dietary restrictions with delicious, beautifully presented meals. Special mention to Matt, Kelly, Jon, and Maryvic for their support and kindness. The room was spacious and they provided a complimentary crib for my toddler. The communication, friendliness, and understanding of the staff were outstanding. They even gave us adjoining rooms and allowed us to park in the garage until 6PM after checkout.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, super close to the Eaton center, in a very safe area. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a clean and comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from checking my truck height for the underground parking to giving recommendations for places to visit. The hotel also offers the convenience of a parking garage and was very accommodating with late check-out, allowing us to explore the city for a few extra hours.

Great location near a popular music venue and shopping mall, easily accessible from the train station, and equipped with clean rooms and beautiful bathrooms. The staff members are friendly and even personalized their service with a special surprise for one guest's birthday. The housekeeping team is also very friendly.
