My purpose for staying at Hotel Garni Muralto was to explore Ticino, and the perfect location, just 2 minutes from the station, made it incredibly convenient. With the Ticino pass, it was the ideal way to visit the area. The rooms were simple yet comfortable, and the showers were a good size. The staff were multilingual and friendly, making communication easy. The breakfast offered a good range of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was stunning and we loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening. It was also great to have air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room, especially during the summer heat. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The walk up to the hotel from the station and city center was quite steep. there was construction work happening nearby during our stay, which caused substantial noise from early morning until late afternoon.

Our city break was made comfortable by the pleasant stay. the rooms were ultraclean, modern and spacious. the hotel's ideal location provided easy access to sightseeing places and restaurants. We were thrilled to have complimentary breakfast and parking accommodations. the balcony attached to our room offered spectacular views of the surrounding area making it the perfect spot to watch the sunset.

Our expectations were that the walls of the hotel would be sound-proof, but this was not the case and resulted in uncomfortable noise disturbance. the Wi-Fi was weak and caused frustration when trying to catch up on work.
