We stayed at this adorable little cottage resort and had a lovely tranquil stay! the location next to the river was very nice to wake up to. the cottages were well-kept, clean, and cozy warm. We enjoyed the quiet privacy and the fact that we didn't see anybody in any other cottage until the last day of our stay. the property had great amenities including a pool, playground, and a net for volleyball. It would be a great place for a large family to enjoy, especially during the summer months when the pool and kids' activities are available. the owners were friendly and eager to please, making our stay even more enjoyable. we loved our time at Millstream Cottages and would stay there again.

Location was perfect for exploring the area. Owners were attentive and committed to maintaining the property. Cabin was clean and cozy, ideal for our group. Personal fire pit was a nice touch. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Honestly, it was not a pleasant experience. the bugs in the bed and sink were a real turn off. And to make matters worse, we didn't even get fresh towels during our three-night stay. But the worst part was tripping over the hidden lumber in the driveway, resulting in a painful fall and a trip to the hospital. the lack of visibility and proper maintenance was just unacceptable.

The location of the cottages is fantastic, especially for families looking to be close to Sandspit and Shining Waters. With the beach just 2km away and great restaurants and attractions within a short drive, it's really convenient. The cottages themselves are clean and spacious, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The well-kept property also features a pool and a laundromat, making it even more convenient for guests. The owners are friendly and accommodating, providing a pleasant experience overall.

There was an issue with the water during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. No discount was offered despite the inconvenience.

We had a fantastic time at the cozy cottages by the river. The pool was refreshing and the firepits were a great addition. The location was ideal, just a short drive to a beautiful beach and a fun drive-in movie theatre. I highly recommend this place for a perfect vacation getaway!

The family-friendly resort had various activities for kids including basketball, horseshoes, badminton/volleyball, board games, kayaks, canoes. It was conveniently located near attractions such as Brackley Beach and the Dunes Gallery and Cafe. Each cottage had its own fire pit, and the hosts were welcoming and helpful.

The owners were friendly and accommodating. The cottage was spotless and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the view from the deck was gorgeous. The property was family friendly with plenty of space for kids to play and a pool. The location next to the river was nice.

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the owners put in a lot of effort to maintain the property, and it showed. the pool was pristine and the surroundings were well taken care of. It was also great to have lots of activities for the kids, such as a playground and even rabbits to see. the location was perfect, close to everything we needed, including restaurants and attractions.

The lack of air conditioning in the bedroom was a downside, as the ceiling fan didn't provide enough cool air. Adding a stand-up fan would have been appreciated.
