Located in a prime area near a very upscale mall with plenty of shopping and dining options, this hotel provides convenience for travelers. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable bedding, high-end bathrooms, and impressive artwork. The staff was highly attentive and accommodating to guests' needs. The breakfast selection was expansive, including a variety of international and local dishes.

I recently stayed at The St. Regis in Mumbai for a week-long vacation and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The staff, especially the concierge Heena Verma, was incredibly attentive and helpful. They made sure all of my needs were met, from providing recommendations for local attractions to catering to my gluten-free diet. The breakfast options were extensive and delicious, and the pool bar was a great place to relax. The staff's quick response when we got locked out of our room was impressive. The unique champagne sabering ceremony before dinner and the divine meal at its restaurant made us feel truly pampered. The grandeur and comfort of the venue ensured a memorable stay in the city.

Although the breakfast was delicious, it lacked diversity and was finished earlier than expected. However, the attentive and friendly service team made us feel welcomed and ensured our stay was a blissful experience.
