We had a wonderful experience during our New Year's stay. the front desk staff were friendly and chatty, making us feel welcome right from check-in. the location was key for us, being easily accessible from the highway and within walking distance to a great breakfast spot. the fact that the room comfortably slept four of us was a huge plus. Another advantage we enjoyed was the coffee bar area, which had constant coffee and hot chocolate, perfect for warming up on a winter's day.

our room had not been cleaned and restocked with towels and bathroom items during our second day. the staff at check-out did not ask about our stay and tried to argue when we mentioned the missed cleaning.
