The hotel's location within walking distance of EVERYWHERE in the city centre was a major plus. I loved being able to easily explore all the major Toronto sites like the ACC, Skydome, Aquarium, and Hockey Hall of Fame. The hotel's proximity to popular restaurants and bars made dining and nightlife options incredibly convenient. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of my needs were met during my stay.

Located in the heart of downtown, this hotel is within walking distance of many tourist attractions and a major train station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making you feel valued as a customer. The room was spotlessly clean and featured comfortable beds and great pillows. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of bread and pastries that were delicious. this hotel was a great value for the price.

The hotel had a convenient location, close to attractions and with easy access to parking. the staff were very friendly and there was a shoe-shiner available on our floor, which was a nice touch.

Some guests mentioned that they would have preferred a sheet in addition to the duvet on the bed. There were also a few complaints about small issues like a crack in the ice bucket and difficulty with the elevators and TV remotes.

We loved the location, as it was in the center of downtown Toronto and close to many different areas of the city. We stayed at Novotel for a concert and found it perfectly located near our favorite restaurant, the bus station, and the A.C.C. The breakfasts were excellent and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was well-appointed and bright, though more hanging areas would have been helpful. The recent renovations were top-notch, making the room extra spacious and clean. The check-in/out staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful, exceeding our expectations and making our stay immensely enjoyable.

Having stayed here, we found it to be a fantastic place to base ourselves in the heart of the city. This venue is in a great location, as it is in the downtown area near to Union Station. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from tea and coffee facilities to ironing facilities. Additionally, the leisure facilities including the indoor swimming pool and sauna were excellent.

Had an amazing time with my friends during our city break. Loved the complementary welcome drinks and free breakfast buffet. the prime location of the hotel made it easy to explore the nearby attractions and restaurants. the views from the room were breathtaking.

The air conditioning in our room was not that effective, making it hard to sleep during hot and humid nights. the cleanliness of our room was also not up to the mark, with a musty smell lingering around.

I must say, the value for money was exceptional. The room was top-notch with a super comfy bed, blackout curtains, and an extra large screen TV. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff treated us like royalty.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was a wider variety of fresh fruits.
