My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff members were incredibly polite and made me feel welcome in the city. The hotel had a warm and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful antique furniture and chinaware that added to its charm. The breakfast lounge was amazing and classy, and I enjoyed starting my day there. The location was also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and a lovely walk along the river.

Walking through the beautiful gardens at Chinzanso felt like staying in a resort in the heart of bustling Tokyo. the variety of eateries and lounge areas within the hotel and on the property were a delight. the grand ambience of the hotel and spaciousness allowed our children to enjoy themselves.

During my New Year's stay, I really liked the beautiful scenery from my room. The expansive city views were breathtaking and gave a sense of place. the room size was larger than other hotels in the city, which was a pleasant surprise. The hot water in the bathroom was perfect for a relaxing bath, and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep.

the location was a downside. It was quite a walk, around 10 minutes, to reach the nearest subway station.

We arrived early, well before the official check-in time, after a long journey. The reception team was kind enough to offer us a room, despite it not being ready yet. They even called us as soon as our room was available. The hotel's beautiful rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and excellent restaurant made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff was attentive and took great care of us. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was quiet and charming, perfect for a leisurely stroll. I highly recommend Chinzanso for its exceptional service and lovely amenities.

This hotel is conveniently located near St. Mary's Cathedral. The room is spacious with a great city view and a comfortable bed. The hotel has a lovely garden and a fantastic spa with segregated onsens and swimming pools. There is also a bus service that provides easy access to the Yamanote line.
