I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff greeted me warmly upon check-in and provided a refreshing towel and welcome drink. The process was quick and efficient. I appreciated being escorted to my room and shown all the facilities. The swimming pool was well maintained and surrounded by beautiful trees. It was a delight to swim during the day, and the beach was conveniently located right in front. The hotel also offered water exercises in the morning, which I found fun to participate in. The kids loved the water slide and the option to join the kids club for some playtime. The hotel's location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the nearby Bali Collection. The koi ponds and gardens within the hotel premises added to the overall beauty. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to Pasar Senggol, where I enjoyed experiencing Balinese shows and indulging in Indonesian cuisine.

Excellent beachfront hotel with spacious grounds and beautiful gardens. The personal service made me feel extra special. I especially enjoyed dining at the Japanese restaurant Nampu, the a la carte menu had delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Bali.

The grounds, staff, food, pools, beach. The beautiful marble tiles, friendly staff, and variety of restaurants made for a delightful stay. It was a true paradise to swim in the pools surrounded by stunning rock formations and lush vegetation. The beach access was a bonus, and the entertainment on our last night was the perfect ending to a wonderful stay.

We had high expectations for this luxury resort located next to a stunning private beach. Unfortunately, the location wasn't as great as we thought. The beach was far away, and the pools were much too crowded for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was mediocre, with limited options. However, the clean rooms and friendly staff made up for it. The impressive facilities such as kids' slides and the Kriya spa provided great entertainment during our stay.

The beach was amazing, clean and perfect for swimming. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing a towel and welcome drink upon arrival. The breakfast selection was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location directly on the beach made my stay truly enjoyable.

As a solo traveler, I loved the variety of facilities at the resort. From the multiple pools to the restaurants and spa, everything I needed was right on site.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were enveloped by luxury. the exclusive amenities, like the outdoor swimming pool, the beauty treatments and the sun loungers on the beachfront, were absolutely top-notch. the customer service was beyond amazing and our needs were fulfilled completely.

the barbeque grills that we wanted to use at the garden area were not available upon our request.

The beachfront location was perfect for lounging in the sun and trying out water sports. We were impressed with the unobtrusive and always-present staff service. we recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Bali for a relaxing beach getaway. The resort blew me away with its massive pools and private access to a beautiful and quiet beach. The staff were incredibly polite and genuine, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, with a cozy sofa niche that could easily sleep two adults. My kids had a blast with the fun baby crib, which felt like a little house. The kids club was a hit, especially with the adorable rabbits. Plus, having the Bali Collection Mall just outside the resort provided great shopping and dining options.
