Regarding the service, I was impressed with the room service, housekeeping and laundry, as well as the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance provided by the friendly and welcoming staff. The room amenities such as the in-room safe and facilities for hot drinks were also a bonus.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a sitting area and amenities like a coffee/tea maker and fridge. The bed was comfortable, and the temperature control was excellent. The hotel provided free parking and had reliable high-speed internet. Its proximity to public transportation, including the subway into the city center, made it convenient for exploring this city's attractions.

I had the pleasure of celebrating a birthday at Old Mill Inn & Spa and it was truly a delightful experience. We were given our own section and our server, Robert, was incredibly attentive. The high tea menu offered a wide selection of herbal teas and the three-tiered tray of sandwiches, scones, and petit fours was not only delicious but beautifully presented. I highly recommend this experience to others.

I recently stayed at the Old Mill for a visit to my friends and family in the neighborhood. The location is perfect, right on the Humber River, with easy access to shops and restaurants in the Kingsway. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely gardens and decorations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub was a nice touch, and the spa, bar, and lounge areas were all great amenities. I loved my stay at the Old Mill and will definitely stay longer next time I visit Canada.
