Great location near two train stations, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Disney parks. The spacious room offered a beautiful view of the Sky Tree and had all the amenities we needed. The concierge was incredibly helpful and arranged for our extra luggage to be shipped. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The hotel offered great views of the city skyline, especially at night. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect as it was right next to a subway station. Being able to easily access the metro was a huge advantage for exploring the city.

The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud and had to be kept on to prevent the room from becoming too hot. This made it difficult to sleep and I had to use earplugs.

The hotel had standard facilities and was located near the Tokyo-Edo Museum. Close to public transport, good for foreign tourists.

The location was perfect, with a subway station right next door and a short walk to the JR line station. The room was spacious and clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the big bathroom. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The view from my room was breathtaking, and I loved how accommodating they were with providing a cot for my children. The hotel also had good disabled access. I highly recommend this hotel for a great value family-friendly stay.

Metro next door and 5 min walk to JR station. Good breakfast with sky tree view. Property well maintained. Reasonable-sized room. Bathroom needs upgrade. Careful daily room service. Large 24th-floor room with nice city view. Great bed and cleaning. 10 min walk to JR trains, close to Asakusa and Akihabara. 24/7 open convenience store opposite.

The location of this place is fantastic, right next to the Oedo Subway station which gives you access to much of Tokyo. It's so convenient and can get you anywhere you like in Tokyo. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay, from assisting with our bags to providing information about the area. The room amenities were great, with free Wi-Fi, towels, and toiletries provided. The hotel also had a restaurant on-site where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. the service and facilities were top-notch.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy for us to get around. There were also plenty of convenience stores and bakeries within walking distance, which was perfect for grabbing food and drinks. The wifi signal was strong, allowing us to watch videos and upload our vacation photos with ease.

The chocolate covered strawberries and complimentary wine upon arrival were a sweet touch to our romantic escape. We were also pleased with the prime location, just a couple minutes walk from the subway and within walking distance to many top attractions. the cozy and comfortable room with a private balcony overlooking the city was a definite plus, perfect for a relaxing night in.

The air conditioning system did not function properly which made it difficult to adjust the temperature to our comfort. the constant dry atmosphere made our stay somewhat uncomfortable.

The staff members are friendly and accommodating. The triple room is decent-sized with space-saving options like sliding suitcases under the beds. The shower has good pressure and free toiletries are provided. Access to the rest of Tokyo is easy from the nearby subway and JR stations. Lots of things to do close by including the Edo-Tokyo Museum.
