We had an amazing stay at this hidden paradise. The location and beach were beautiful, and the staff, food, and activities were all great. We loved the monkey feeding experience, and the facilities were top-notch.

Spent Christmas at a hotel with nice gardens and great beach access. Breakfast was good and they had a variety of food options. We enjoyed the happy hour discounts on drinks.

The restaurant food was overpriced for the quality, and the staff was not attentive enough, often forgetting to bring us things we asked for. the hotel was a bit isolated and it was difficult to find other food options.

The staff was welcoming and friendly, offering drinks upon check-in. Upgrading to the family room provided numerous advantages such as free yoga classes and salon treatments. The adult swimming pool offered a fantastic ocean view. Conveniently located in Kuta with nearby tourist attractions. Will definitely return.
