We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking, and the chocolates and evening liqueur brought to us in the evening were a lovely surprise. The turn down service was also a nice touch, with complimentary waters provided each day in the fridge. The whirlpool bathtub was a highlight of our trip, providing much-needed relaxation after a stressful day. We were also pleased with the cleanliness of both the public areas and the rooms. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Lovely Victorian style room just 5 minutes from downtown. The room was super charming with awesome touches- like turndown service with truffles each night and coffee prepared in each hall in the morning. The bathroom was huge with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The sink and counter area was very large. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby area was welcoming. Despite a few drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money with a huge and spacious room, comfy bed, and fluffy pillows at the Geneva Inn. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The location was lovely, with a beautiful view of the lake from the back of the hotel.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with better quality bread and Caesar salad dressing that actually had flavor.

The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a great view. the refrigerator in the room was very useful. the hotel's location near the lake was perfect for enjoying the scenery.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. The location was perfect - close enough to everything in the area, yet still quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed sitting around the fireplace, taking in the breathtaking three-floor view. Whether we were inside our room, on the patio, or dining in the restaurant, the view was always stunning. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

I recently stayed at Geneva Inn for a weekend getaway and was thoroughly impressed. The staff welcomed us warmly despite our late arrival and the added security of locked doors after 9 pm was appreciated. The quiet atmosphere and complimentary upgrade to a nicer room made our stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning in the future.

This hotel's attention to detail is superb! The rooms with covered private porches and amazing views are a true treat. The staff is friendly and always eager to assist. Breakfast on the water is a great experience, too.

Service inconsistency needs improvement.

As young families, we loved the turn-down service with complimentary water and chocolates. The whirlpool bathtub was the highlight of our trip, perfect for unwinding after a stressful day. The upgraded lounge and dining area made us feel comfortable and at home. The location was ideal, with a stunning lakeview room that was upgraded and super nice. The in-room spa tub was a definite plus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even bringing breakfast to our room. Being able to check in early and enjoy a complimentary champagne welcome was a lovely touch. Morning coffee just outside our door was a convenient and enjoyable amenity.

We loved the beautiful view of the lake from our room and balcony. The restaurant was also fantastic with excellent food and a breathtaking view. The close proximity to the downtown area made it convenient for us to explore. Plus, the walking path that goes through the property was a nice bonus, taking us to a nearby beach and around the entire lake. a great stay with plenty of amenities and activities to enjoy.

The view from our room was amazing, with a beautiful lake just outside. the location was perfect, close to downtown but away from the congestion. We also loved the little touches like bed turn down service with chocolates and Baileys Irish cream liqueur. the amenities offered were great, including a wonderful restaurant with excellent food and lake views. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Although the hotel was overall great, there were a couple of minor issues. the TV remote needed new batteries, but it was easily remedied.

The hotel was located in a convenient spot, close to downtown, and had some great amenities. One guest loved the location by the lake shore, and another enjoyed a meal at the Grand View restaurant. Several guests praised the spacious rooms and complimentary snacks and drinks.
