The staff were friendly and welcoming, except for one person at the front desk during check-in.

Our stay was marred by a few negative experiences. there was a lack of security on-site, which became apparent when a drunk individual from a working crew mistakenly tried to enter our room late at night.

The newly renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, with big soft pillows that made for a great night's sleep. The hot breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was easy to access and the price was reasonable.

As a pet owner, finding a pet-friendly hotel is always a priority, and Paradise Inn in Grande Prairie did not disappoint. They also provided us with breakfast vouchers for the attached diner, which served hot and delicious food. The clean room and comfortable bedding made our stay even more enjoyable. The efficient check-in and check-out process displayed their well-organized front desk. a satisfying experience.

The noise levels in the hotel were unbearable, especially if you are assigned a room on the 3rd floor near the ballrooms. We had to complain twice in the middle of the night and ended up moving rooms just to get some peace and quiet.
