Nothing, it is perfect.

My recent stay at Fairfield Inn exceeded my expectations. the hotel is conveniently located near the I87 exit, making it easy to find and access. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a particularly nice shower.

Absolutely nothing!

The hotel is conveniently located near all the stores and close to the center of Plattsburgh. The staff provides excellent service and pays attention to detail. The rooms are well-equipped with all the basic amenities and have options for both lower and higher floors. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay at Fairfield Inn in Plattsburgh. The value for our money was excellent and our room was comfortable, clean, and modern. The location was convenient, and the staff, especially Elena at the front desk, provided great customer service, making sure we had a pleasant experience.

The only suggestion I have for improvement would be the hotel breakfast. It would have been nice to see a wider variety of fresh fruit options available for guests.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. the breakfast bar offered a wide variety of options, including gluten-free choices, which was a great benefit. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated for. the location of the hotel, near the I87 exit, was very convenient, allowing us to easily explore the area.

The limited options within walking distance of the hotel. If we wanted to dine out or explore the center of town, we had to rely on our car for transportation.
