The location was great with an amazing harbor view from the room. The hotel had a pleasant rate and didn't charge extra for a 9-month-old baby. The staff was excellent and provided a crib upon request.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Waterfront station, making it easy to explore the marina area and enjoy the beautiful views of the harbor in Vancouver. The staff is polite and helpful, with the duty manager going above and beyond to address any issues. The restaurant offers delicious food, although it may be on the pricier side. The hotel also offers a hot tub, though small, for guests to relax in.

There were some noise issues with the air conditioners in the rooms, which affected the overall comfort.

The hotel's location was perfect with many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The bellman were very helpful, and we enjoyed happy hour in the restaurant. I recommend this hotel.

Great location for Brazil elections in Cordova ballroom, especially for pregnant wife. Easy parking and no valet. Upgraded room with actual harbor view and plane-watching. Desk with many connections and TV streaming. Super nice staff. Excellent room and bathroom with courteous and polite female staff. Quick response from housekeeping. Awesome pool and balcony with sea planes. Free coffee and tea in Bistro. Close to downtown.

Great location, walking distance to Gastown, Canada Place, Coal Harbour, and other important places. Good for families and active couples looking to be close to the beach.

This hotel is in a great location in the heart of downtown with amazing views of the harbour. It's so close to many amazing restaurants that you'll never miss out on a great meal. The staff here are lovely and the basic amenities are excellent - the rooms with views to the harbour have comfy desks and conveniently located power plugs.

I had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of downtown and close to all the attractions. The view of the harbor from my room was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I was also impressed with the range of amenities offered, including room service, car hire, and laundry facilities. The hotel was clean and comfortable, providing enhanced comfort and quality services.

Great location, with views of cruise ship departure. Walkable to the Westin Hotel Marina for a dinner cruise. Friendly staff and clean rooms with nice towels. Good value for money in downtown. Convenient for Seaplane facility, "Fly Over Canada," and Skytrain station.

Our family visit in Vancouver was made so convenient by the well-located Pinnacle Hotel. The clean and comfortable king room with a great view was a delightful surprise. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the view from the 18th-floor window was spectacular. The staff was polite, friendly, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. James, the barman, was knowledgeable and served excellent cocktails.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. the location is superb. There are many fantastic restaurants nearby which are just a short walk away. The cruise port is also within walking distance which made it very convenient for us. The service here was exceptional. The staff at reception were all very friendly, particularly Joanna, who was incredibly helpful during our stay. The bell desk staff were also great and offered top-notch service. Room service and housekeeping were very efficient, ensuring our room was always clean and everything was well-stocked. Lastly, we loved the facilities here, especially the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, which we thoroughly enjoyed after a long day of sightseeing.

This is the perfect hotel for families - we highly recommend it!

Located by the harbor and close to shops along Robson, this hotel is perfect for visiting the Vancouver Convention Center and pretty much everything. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The air conditioning and housekeeping are excellent. Staff is friendly and efficient. The fitness center, hot tub, and room service are great bonuses, adding up to a very comfortable stay.

Some hotel amenities like the pool may not always be working properly.
