The location of this hotel was really good. It was just a five-minute walk to the main shopping area, where I could easily explore the great little downtown core. The staff was friendly and very helpful when we had a wedding supper there. The service was excellent and they took care of everything I needed for my stay.

I recommend this hotel to all.

We recently had a meeting in Smithers and chose to stay at a hotel a bit off the main part of town. The Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge was a lovely welcoming place, and the staff at the front desk were polite and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast from Don Cherry's sports bar was delicious and offered a great selection. The hotel also had vending machines and a restaurant onsite, making it convenient for snacks and meals.

There were some noise issues during our stay that disturbed our sleep.

We had a wonderful time staying at a hotel in Smithers. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with quality bedding and mattresses. The staff was friendly and happy to help, making our stay very pleasant. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a short walk to downtown and close to walking trails in the area. The attached restaurant not only had a lovely view, but also provided dinnertime entertainment with impressive magic card tricks by Nate. We enjoyed our time in Smithers and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Sub-standard breakfast, but overall nice hotel. On highway, not in town. Ask for back room, avoid noise. Very clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Safe for single female traveler.

The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The attached restaurant offered a great dining experience, with friendly staff who provided excellent service. Special mention to the staff member named Slim from Don Cherry's sports bar who went above and beyond by delivering room service promptly and with a friendly attitude. The food was delicious, and we were impressed by his dedication and attentiveness to our needs.

The refrigerator and microwave, available on request, added an extra touch of convenience. In addition to the comfortable room, the hotel offered excellent dining options. The restaurant had a diverse menu with special diet options, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and unwind. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the eastern outskirts of town. The facility was aesthetically pleasing and clean, with well-appointed and clean rooms. The comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel also offered plenty of parking for all size vehicles and trailers, which was a huge convenience. The breakfast, although not included, was wonderful, with a delicious granola/fruit/yogurt option. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service from the front desk to room service to the food service.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast at the attached restaurant was delicious, with a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. it was a wonderful experience.

I did notice some noise during my stay, which affected my sleep. The hotel had an event on the weekend, and the noise from the lobby area could be heard even in my room.

The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. the pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a nice break from the fall cold.

The room looked old and dirty, and the noise from the commercial vehicles in the parking lot disrupted our sleep early in the morning. The restaurant was also understaffed and slow, resulting in long waits for food.
