Excellent Location

I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Metropark Hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to various attractions and amenities. The staff were helpful and spoke English, making communication a breeze. The room was comfortable and the bed and pillows provided a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and the included wifi and English-speaking TV channels were a bonus. Although the hotel could do with some upgrading and the view from the window wasn't great, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to the city center and within walking distance to the subway station. It's also conveniently situated near popular shopping malls and restaurants, providing easy access to entertainment and dining options. The rooms are nicely decorated and well-maintained, with modern facilities and a comfortable bed. The hotel staff are caring and helpful, offering excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, including tasty wontons. The view from the 12th floor is breathtaking, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

The lack of English speaking TV stations may be disappointing for some guests.

On my city break, I had a great experience at this hotel. the rooms were spacious with all essential amenities, including TV, coffee maker, and wifi. the restaurant served a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. the location was key, located close to the subway station and shopping malls. We also enjoyed the lovely view from our room.

I must mention that the check-in process was messy, which led to some confusion. the staff members could be more friendly and warm towards the guests.

Nothing all excellent.

Luxurious amenities at this hotel were beyond my expectations. the exquisite spa & wellness centre was calming and relaxing with professional therapists. the private facilities in the room were perfect for a special night in. the restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast with numerous scrumptious options.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, helpful staff, great value for money, close to train station.
