Great for pet lovers!

The staff were super nice and helped us out with our pets during a stressful situation. The picnic area was a hit with the kids, and we loved hanging out there. The room was decent, but it got a bit noisy when everyone started moving around in the morning. Just wish the breakfast had more options!

For a quieter stay, request a room away from the pool area, especially during busy weekends when families might bring in more noise.

During my stay in October 2023, the staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to stay with my pets during an evacuation situation. The king suite I booked was spacious, featuring a separate basin area, and a solid breakfast with coffee and fresh pastries to start the day. However, the bed felt average compared to my usual memory foam, and the road noise was noticeable at times. Overall, I appreciated the friendly service and the convenient location with easy access to nearby stores.

the bathroom floor looked horrendous, with grime around the toilet. And how lovely to hear others' bathroom noises as I walked down the halls, truly charming! I woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary upgrade after this experience, but alas, no such luck! I almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

No elevator access to upper floors!!! Water was scheduled to be turned off in the morning!!! Managing morning showers could be a challenge!!!

The breakfast options were decent with many choices, and the room amenities included a fridge which was handy! The staff were kind enough to provide complimentary water when the vending machine failed.

I was disappointed with the noise levels! Noisy neighbors kept me from sleeping, and the check-in process was chaotic with long wait times that left me feeling unwelcome.

The cozy room felt like a little nest, perfect for a night’s rest. Location-wise, it’s right off the highway, super convenient for road trips. Plus, the staff were a gem, always ready to help with a smile.

But lugging bags up the stairs? Not my idea of a good time! Just call me the 'staircase sherpa' next time!

breakfast was limited (the pancake machine ran out after one pancake! ). however, the room was spacious with a comfy king bed and a fantastic jacuzzi. staff were accommodating and friendly! !

This place suits me perfectly. I enjoy free Wi-Fi in rooms, 24-hour reception, and a heated swimming pool. During my first stay, the staff helped me print important documents, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it!

It was just a proper fit for a weekend adventure in Kamloops with exceptional value. Room had updated features like a nice TV and fridge, which made my stay more comfortable. Remember, check the room for any uninvited guests before settling in.
