The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, from the front desk to the housekeeping and breakfast area.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn in downtown Windsor for a business trip. The staff at this clean hotel were extremely polite and attentive, offering helpful directions and dining suggestions. The location was convenient, close to downtown and the tunnel. Our room, number 138, was in a quiet area, allowing us to have a restful sleep. The hotel's modern design and comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone visiting Windsor.

Attending a conference at the nearby centre, I stayed at this hotel for a few nights. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and excellent condition of the property. The room itself was exceptional, with incredibly comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep. The lobby was always spotless, and it was a bonus to have tea and coffee available at all times. Additionally, the breakfast provided was wonderful, and the presence of a security guard made me feel secure parking my car on-site.

We specifically chose to stay at Quality Inn again for many reasons. their breakfast, even under restrictions, was fantastic! We got bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles. it was just great. the staff went above and beyond, especially for our daughter's birthday and New Year's Eve. the hotel was affordable, accommodating, and very clean. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
