The hotel provided modern and clean lodgings with all the conveniences we needed for our romantic escape. We loved the fact that it was just outside the historic walled city, making it easy for us to explore the charming streets and attractions. the restaurant and bar were conveniently located just steps away, offering us delicious dining options and a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. Additionally, the check, in process was simple and hassle, free.

This caused confusion and almost resulted in us being charged for two rooms instead of one. Additionally, we were disappointed to learn that the hotel did not provide daily room cleaning, which was not clearly stated on their website.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even surprised me with a birthday card and a delicious dessert for my daughter. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many sightseeing attractions in OLD QUEBEC and just off Rue St Jean where there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from. The hotel facilities were excellent, and there was even public parking available right next to the hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring old Quebec and the surrounding attractions such as Place de l'Assemblee-Nationale, Caleches du Vieux-Quebec, and the Erico Creative Chocolate Shop and Chocolate Museum. It was right downtown and easy to get to. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were well-maintained. We were pleased with the parking options available, as there was a paid parking lot right next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us warmly and providing any assistance we needed.

Despite the hotel's exterior not appearing to be a modern Marriott, the interior is clean and beautifully decorated. The meeting room is spacious and the service provided is excellent. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again when I return to Quebec City.

The staff was fantastic, from the front desk to the restaurant to the bar staff to the concierge and doorman, they were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities and a comfortable sitting area. The leisure facilities were great too, with a sauna, fitness centre, and aqua park available for guests to use.
