I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful white sand beach and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available. The staff were mostly very friendly and always made sure I had everything I needed. The service was excellent, and the food was not only varied but also delicious. The Christmas dinner was particularly extraordinary. The organization of the hotel is very efficient, even during busy times. Special events were enjoyable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday dinner special. the staff made all the difference with their helpful and friendly service.

Menu for breakfast could have been better.

Bed a bit hard but everything else excellent. Bartender Carlos Gil at Cappuccino bar provided quick service and jokes. Room service lady Ramona always available with extra towels, coffee, beers, and chocolate. Beautiful beach and top-notch food variation. Will definitely return this year. Highly recommended!

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and organized resort. The location was ideal, with easy access to various restaurants and different areas. Being within walking distance to the beach was a huge plus. Moreover, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Absolutely nothing.

The butlers surprised me with a traditional Dominican breakfast and a romantic bath setup. All staff was pleasant and the Christmas dinner was extraordinary. The special events were enjoyable. The beach is a short walk away and the service is exceptional. The food selection is huge and you can dine anywhere in the complex. Rooms are spacious and there is nightly entertainment.

The resort is clean, nicely decorated with different colored villas. There are multiple restaurants, buffet and à la carte options available. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the cleaning service was good. Good facilities for families and a variety of activities for all ages.

The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious food at the Italian restaurant and Brazilian steakhouse. The pool was a great place to relax and have fun. we had a fantastic experience and would recommend this resort to others.

This hotel provided me with an incredible luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all of my needs and exceeded my expectations. the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and beach access were some of the highlights of my trip. the entertainment provided was top-notch and enjoyable to watch. The restaurant buffet had a wide variety of delicious food and the poolside snack bar hit the spot when I needed a quick bite to eat. Cons: the only minor issue was that the public bath could have been cleaner and better maintained.

Nothing to dislike.

I recently stayed at the Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda in Punta Cana for a week-long vacation. The highlight of my trip was definitely the Scuba diving center. We had an amazing experience getting PADI certified with the help of their fantastic instructors, especially Pedro. The hotel also offered a variety of great diving spots close by. Besides that, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the added touch of a bubble bath in the room. The food at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide range of choices that were absolutely delicious. There was never a shortage of things to do, making it a perfect destination for a memorable vacation. The staff, including Santiago, Juan, Paola, Carlos. Their friendliness and helpfulness made our experience even more enjoyable. Lastly, I must mention the beautiful palm trees on the hotel grounds, which added to the overall tropical ambiance of the resort.
