i almost woudl ve given a good review, but then i remmebered the horrible shuttle service, which is technically not even free! also, the noise was unbearable with guests making all kinds of racket, leaving me utterly exhausted. with my expectations, i expected some special treatment, but apparently, that’s just too much to ask from this hotel!

The swimming pool provided a refreshing escape after a long day of exploring Kelowna.

The fitness room was completely neglected, with outdated equipment and a lack of proper maintenance, making it disappointing for workout enthusiasts.

Ask for a room away from the elevators to limit noise from other guests, as soundproofing can be an issue.

The staff were incredibly friendly, but the lack of clean amenities made it not so sweet as I expected. The location near heaps of shopping was a bonus, though.

Soundproofing between rooms is non-existent – you can hear every movement and conversation!!! The hotel's facilities could use modernization. it feels quite dated. Magnetic door keys malfunctioned repeatedly, which was frustrating!!!

A great stay filled with surprising perks! Clean, spacious rooms made our family vacation enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with shopping and dining just minutes away. Breakfast options were sensible, and the pool offered a nice retreat after a day of exploring. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next adventure!

Absolutely loved my visit! ! So convenient and comfortable, such a refreshing pool area.

The loft was really fun for the kids! Clean room, but the pool water was murky and not as inviting as it looked in the pictures. I’m not sure if I’d stay again.

It was just a fitting option for a quick stopover in Kelowna with reasonable value. The front desk was helpful when I needed a local restaurant recommendation, which made my evening much better. Make sure to check the pool hours if you're looking to swim comfortably.
