The location was convenient, with major supermarkets nearby for easy shopping. the room layout was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

There was a lack of response regarding a request for a handicapped room, leading to safety concerns in the shower.

rooms were very clean - with a nice view and surprisingly quiet. location is great and near many eateries. huge parking lot for easy parkin anytime. super responsive and accommodating staff. bathrooms were top-notch too.

staying at Ramada was a comfortable experience. the room was spacious, with a bed big enough to accommodate a motorized wheelchair. i appreciated the convenient location of smitty's within the building and the automatic doors that made loading and unloading gear easier. the staff was proactive, moving us to a different room when the TV in our original room wasn't working.

Despite some small room issues, the Ramada was decent. The staff quickly addressed the TV problem and were helpful to others as well. The beds were comfy, linens clean, and the mini fridge appreciated. The location near Mickie's pub was a bonus for entertainment and good food.

Room was super airy and spacious, with handy double exits making dog outings a breeze. the front desk staff were mega friendly, and I loved the free noon check, in , such a bonus touch! Enjoyed a dip in the pool and whirlpool after a day out, nice way to unwind. Only small bummer was discovering after the trip that the water bottles came with a price tag , clear labels would've saved the oversight 😅.

The on-site fitness center makes it easy to squeeze a workout into your busy schedule. After indulging in delicious local cuisine, I felt like I was running in place just to keep up with all the mouth-watering treats!

The hotel's location is superb for easy access in and out of the city. the staff were very friendly and attentive. the basic amenities in the rooms were really good, and the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. the breakfast at the restaurant was affordable and delicious, perfect for hosting a morning brunch.

All aspects were satisfactory, no major issues to report.

The fitness center made it "so easy" to work out. the on-site restaurant & bakery were fantastic, perfect for my 2 am cravings. I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and trying all the cocktails. A peaceful atmosphere indeed.

Stayed here for leisure for a week. Large room with a nice bathroom and a second door leading to parking. Friendly staff placed us in a quiet courtyard room. Convenient location near shopping and restaurants. Staff keeps the property clean.

Smitty's restaurant serves up delectable bites, and the pool and hot tub are pure bliss. Front desk and restaurant staff are top-notch. Plus, prime location near everything, including hospitals.

Room had a smoky whiff, keys were finicky, and missing crib for the little one. Front desk delays and wonky shower were minor setbacks, but the dated room and wonky bed got an eye-roll.

The location was a great spot for a mini getaway, with a Keg nearby and right across from Orchard Park Mall. It was convenient for exploring the area and grabbing a delicious breakfast to make the most of our money. the rooms were comfortable, the showers were enjoyable, and the staff was accommodating - even offering discounts when issues arose.

Some cleanliness issues were apparent in the rooms, with findings like long hairs in the beds and sand, not aligning with the expected standard.

The database provided had a wide variety of information available at my fingertips, making it easy to research and find what I needed quickly. the room decor was modern and stylish, with bright, stark pictures that added a touch of sophistication to the space.

I did notice that the room walls were quite thin, as I could easily hear noise from other suites. This made it a bit challenging to relax and unwind in the evenings.
