loved every second of our stay at this amazing ryokan in tokyo. the neighborhood is fantastic, and sleeping on comfy futon beds was a great experience. the showers were clean and spacious, and the location is close to subway stations and attractions. plus, the staff, Satoshi-san, was friendly and approachable.

One small inconvenience - no fridge in the common room.

Not one thing.

Our recent stay at Taito Ryokan was a delightful experience. The traditional tatami rooms provided a cozy and comfortable atmosphere to relax in. We appreciated the daily cleaning routine, which kept the communal areas neat and tidy. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. Despite the minor noise from outside, we found the overall ambiance of the ryokan to be peaceful and inviting. we highly recommend Taito Ryokan for a unique and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with plenty of nearby attractions such as a 24-hour supermarket, Senso-ji temple, and a subway station just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, with traditional tatami floors and futon beds. The staff was helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. the convenience of being near a train station made exploring the city a breeze.

The lack of soundproofing in the windows, allowing some noise from the street to enter the room.

We got great value for our money at this charming old house in Asakusa. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with the best floor mattresses we've experienced in Japan. The location was excellent, close to the metro station and within walking distance of many restaurants. The owner was friendly and helpful throughout our week-long stay.

Traditional Japanese inn with great location near Ueno and Asakusa stations. Walking distance to temples, stations, and restaurants. Comfortable tatami mats and buckwheat pillows provided for a restful night's sleep. Friendly and welcoming host who speaks English well. Offers luggage storage for early arrival. 👍
