I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with an excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service. My room was spacious and well-lit with a large window offering natural light, and the kitchenette was a bonus for meal prep. A delicious breakfast was included, and the WiFi was reliable.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was well-designed with two very comfortable beds. The granite bathroom was excellent and had shampoo provided, which was a thoughtful touch. The check-in process was easy, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was good, not far from the city center and across from the elevator to Uptown shopping mall. The hotel also had easy parking and room-specific internet.

For us, the only downside was that the room was small and narrow. The closet space was limited, and there were no lights in the closet.

We stayed at a hotel in an area that seemed unsafe, but we had no issues. The location was conveniently close to the bus line which helped with transportation. Our room was very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with plenty of fresh towels. We were pleased to find an electrical outlet behind the bathroom door for our convenience. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast was filling and there were plenty of options to choose from.

Although the hotel had many facilities, the elevator was slow and could be frustrating for those in a hurry.

We loved staying here! The pool area was gorgeous, surrounded by lovely tables and hanging baskets. The staff were so helpful - when we ran out of towels, someone went and got us more. The beds were really comfy, and there was even a computer in the lobby for directions. The kitchenette was a fantastic surprise, with everything we needed to prepare a meal. The hotel is conveniently located near city amenities, and we would recommend it to anyone!

I chose this hotel for its convenient location near the Jubilee hospital. The staff were kind and sympathetic during our difficult time. Our suite on the 4th floor was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The hotel had a great rate and we were pleasantly surprised by the kitchenette and comfortable bed. We loved the clean and comfortable room with a kitchenette and bathtub, perfect for us seniors. The helpful staff and the adjacent Galloping Goose bike trail were excellent. Great value for money.
