The overall vibe could use a serious revamp, and the parking access is a maze with narrow passages!!! The area feels a bit sketchy, which certainly detracts from the experience!!!

the parking is absolutely horrendous, with a confusing layout and only one door in front of the hotel. thin walls meant I heard every little noise like I was in the hallway. and don't get me started on the lack of complimentary breakfast—so disappointing! I nearly gave a good review, but those oversights were just too much to overlook.

The staff quickly returned my forgotten pillows.

The hotel is fantastic for families, featuring free WiFi, a nice outdoor pool, and a fitness center. The room was clean and spacious, allowing the kids to play comfortably, and it’s conveniently located near Victoria Harbour for easy access to the ferry. Really enjoyed it!

I had a cozy stay with the best beds! Loved the kitchenette and clean room, but the pool area was smaller than expected. Would definitely go back!

The front desk was friendly enough, made check-in easy. I felt welcomed when they offered extra towels without me asking, which kinda made my day. Got in late one night and the room smelled really nice. it felt clean and like a cozy place to crash after a long day.
