The decor was fantastic and the hotel design was slick yet quirky. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were exactly like in the pictures. The staff was welcoming, very nice, and responsive. The location was one of the best in Dubai, with lots of vegetation and close to everything. The hotel had supermarkets and an organic store within walking distance. The AC was very quiet and efficient, and the WiFi worked extremely well throughout the hotel. The food at the restaurants was fabulous, and the hotel had one of the best rooftop lounges in Dubai. They also had a nice social work place and two great onsite restaurants. it was a lovely hotel that catered perfectly to both business and leisure guests.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcoming smile and a refreshing drink. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect, situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, but still within a short taxi ride to some of the area's top attractions. We highly recommend dining at the 'Social Company' restaurant, where the food is amazing. The room was modern and clean, with all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi, a television, and a comfortable sitting area. The leisure facilities here were also excellent, with a spa & wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and even an aqua park.

Families with children will love this place.

The interior design of Zabeel House was really cool and unique. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the big coffee selection at breakfast. The gym was surprisingly big. I also appreciated the staff member who went out of their way to find me a table I needed. I would recommend this hotel.

The apartment was delightful with a kitchenette and a coffee machine. The living room was spacious with a sectional couch, armchair, and many side tables. The gym was exceptional, and the breakfast buffet offered numerous options. The staff was always helpful and welcoming.

We loved the chic modern artistic style of Zabeel House. The Apartment, in particular, was a nice suite with a separate lounge area and a kitchenette. The angled bedroom with mirrors gave a sense of spaciousness. The light fixtures in the room were creative and added to the overall ambiance. Having an additional bathroom in the lounge area was also helpful, especially for families or larger groups. The hotel facilities, such as the gym and spa, were a great feature. A special shoutout to Bassem for making our stay delightful by decorating the room for our special occasion.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Dubai and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The location of this place is iconic in my view, as it's situated in the most well-balanced neighborhood. The interior design of the hotel is stunning, with a chic and unique style that sets it apart from regular hotels. The room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable and clean, and I loved the attention to detail. Each time I came back to the room after it was cleaned, it smelled so good! The staff here are beyond friendly and super helpful. The receptionist who checked me in was very nice and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and I must give a special shoutout to the chef for the amazing dishes. I also appreciated the concept of the Give & Take grid panel, it's such a thoughtful idea!

If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to add bath tubs in the bathrooms. Other than that, this place is perfect for families and I would highly recommend it.

Our new year stay was full of surprises and good moments. We were pleased with the complimentary water and coffee provided during our stay, and the location was superb, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and a nice park. The gym facilities were fantastic, with plenty of equipment, flavoured water, and towels available. We also appreciated the efforts the hotel made to be sustainable.

The breakfast offer which was not honoured, and we found the in-house restaurant to be nothing special. The hairdryer lacked power, and there were not enough bathroom supplies.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making me feel very welcome. The location was perfect, with a beautiful lake at The Greens where I could take relaxing walks. Plus, there were plenty of amenities nearby, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and cafes. The pool was a great place to unwind in the mornings, and the gym had everything I needed for a good workout. The hotel's modern interior and excellent design truly stood out for me, providing a unique and stylish experience.

Not one thing left me disappointed during my stay.

Don't have any issues at all.

The studio was gorgeous with modern decor and a big comfy bed. The huge window provided great views of the city. The hotel had a swimming pool and comfy sunbeds for some relaxation time. The vegan noodles at Lah Lahs restaurant were incredible. The staff were welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The location was central and close to amenities.

Felt like a mini home away from home, nothing to complain about.
