The duplex suite is so spacious and well-equipped that I felt like royalty. The living room and dining area offer incredible panoramic views, and the separate bedroom provides a wonderful sense of privacy. As someone with physical handicaps, the work desk and high-speed Wi-Fi made it easy for me to stay connected and get work done.

I personally found the 48" flat screen TV a bit overwhelming, but I know others might appreciate it.

The facilities were fantastic, offering everything a guest could want during their stay. The staff was attentive and very helpful, making sure all our needs were met. We particularly enjoyed the happy hour at the executive club, where delicious food items were available. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and we loved that we could also order items made to order. Additionally, the hotel had excellent security in and around the premises, making us feel safe and secure throughout our stay.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. the beds were a bit too soft for our liking.

There was some noise from a nearby bar, but the hotel staff were quick to address the issue and moved us to a quieter room. the hotel cards sometimes had trouble working in the elevators.

Housekeeping did a great job and even called my room in the evening to see if I needed anything. a great experience at the Amman Rotana. Drawbacks: Some dirty windows and offensive smoking in public areas. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my stay at Rotana, I was impressed by the beautiful hotel decoration and the stunning views from the room. The location was perfect, with Boulevard and Abdali Mall just a 5-minute walk away. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with everyone trying to please the guests.

There were a couple of drawbacks. some staff members could benefit from being taught how to communicate more effectively with guests.

I recently stayed at a modern and comfortable hotel in Amman for 2 nights. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and well-presented. I enjoyed the surrounding shopping area, The Boulevard. Although I didn't have time to use the gym or pool, they looked great.
