Our stay at the hotel was fantastic as a young family. The breakfast staff was excellent, providing a wide variety of hot and delicious food options. The friendly employees made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The exercise room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the equipment we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn! the front desk clerk was incredibly friendly and had a bubbly personality. the beds and pillows were clean and oh-so comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the fact that they had coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7. the location of the breakfast area was convenient and we appreciated the satisfactory parking. we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding. The property was well-maintained and smelled fresh. The staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was fantastic, just off I-80 and 100 yards from the water park. We were close to many different activities and attractions, such as restaurants and Presque Isle State Park.

Plenty of attractions to visit, like wineries and museums, so many options I couldn't do them all. Late check-out offered, which was great for my busy schedule.

I have never experienced such heavenly pillows at any other hotel before, and it truly made a difference in my sleep quality. Another aspect that impressed me was the ingenious black out blinds. Unlike other hotels, these blinds perfectly fit into slots, effectively blocking out external light. Although there was still some light from various sources like the clock and fire alarm, this was a significant improvement. the staff at the front desk were also extremely welcoming and helpful, adding to the positive experience.

Great location close to the highway and convenient for exploring the area. Ample parking and nearby shops. the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms were peaceful and clean with a nice window view. We enjoyed the proximity to Presque Isle, where we could bike and watch the sunset.

We had some trouble with check, in as our reservation could not be found, but the issue was eventually resolved after a 20, 30 minute delay.

The hotel was a great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff paid attention to detail and were very helpful. Also, its location was perfect, surrounded by everything you could need, from shops to restaurants. The rooms were clean and newly remodeled, with a nice bathroom with a tub. Besides, the breakfast offered an amazing spread with healthy options, which was basic fare but served with a smile.

After a long drive back to Cincinnati from New York, we had such a nice stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, right across the street from Splash Lagoon and close to everything Erie has to offer. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a modern and awesome shower. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we had our baby with us. The breakfast had lots of healthy options, and the cozy lobby was a nice place to relax.

One disappointment was the initial room assignment overlooking the noisy highway.
