the location was decent, but the moment I found a worm in my bathroom, I was ready to check-out. I expected a room upgrade for all the inconvenience caused, but apparently that’s too much to ask at this ‘establishment’. I also can’t overlook their rude night manager. I almost thought good thoughts but just couldn’t.

Absolutely adored the location and my room had a fab view! It was my fourth stay, and I still can't resist coming back for that Gran Via charm.

But dear, the noise at night was a bit much—who knew Gran Via hosted a nightly parade? Plus, they could at least toss in complimentary water instead of charging me for every sip!

this hotel is super close to all the cool spots in madrid, the room we got was super clean and cozy. the decorations are modern and comfy, and the bed felt like sleeping on clouds. breakfast was pretty good with a variety of stuff, and the staff was really nice and friendly. the rooftop has stunning views and is perfect for chilling after a long day.

my stay at this hotel was fantastic because of its unbeatable location right on Gran Via, making it easy for me to take a short stroll to the Royal Palace of Madrid in just under 10 minutes, and I absolutely loved being close to the stunning views of El Retiro Park, which is only about a 20-minute walk away, offering a perfect break from the city's hustle and bustle.

Great location on Gran Via and value for money! I even got a fab upgrade with a view of the avenue—talk about a stroke of luck!

The shower floor was more broken than my New Year's resolutions. Plus, the room temperature was like a winter wonderland—very cozy!
