The bed was uncomfortable, and the so-called "couch" to watch TV was just a bench, which was not ideal. Additionally, the noise from the traffic on the well-traveled road took away from the idyllic charm that the property possessed.

The hotel is perfectly located by the lake in the beautiful Thousand Islands area. The rooms are large and clean, with a cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the full made-to-order breakfast is excellent. the hotel offers a rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the river, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploration.

The satellite TV was not working during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

My partner and I had a really lovely time on our romantic escape. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight of our stay! Being able to order eggs just how we wanted them was a great touch and really made us feel special. We also got to enjoy a beautiful view from the patio deck. The location was key - nice and peaceful, just what we needed to unwind. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel very welcome.

It was a shame that we could hear some traffic noise from our room, but closing the windows and turning on the air conditioning helped. The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze, but we managed.
