My stay at Rocky Ridge Country Lodge was truly delightful. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. Breakfast was a highlight, offering delicious options like stuffed French toast and delightful blueberries. The cozy common areas provided the perfect spots to relax after a day of exploring. The gardens were meticulously maintained, filling me with joy during my walks around the property. I especially enjoyed the outdoor fire circle where we shared stories with other guests under the starry night sky.

The shared bathroom arrangement was a bit awkward.

The rustic lodge had a beautiful ambiance perfect for our hiking group, with plenty of social spaces in the large dining and living areas. The generous breakfast menu, featuring mouthwatering options like blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs, was a definite highlight, making every morning a treat.

One downside was the shared TV room, which felt a bit cramped when one couple dominated it. Additionally, certain rooms have shared bathrooms, and the slightly sulfuric smell from the water source was a bit off-putting. The location, while pretty, is about 20 minutes from the national park, which could be a hassle if you're planning multiple trips in a day.

The property was gorgeous, with outdoor areas for BBQ and socializing! Josh’s breakfasts were delightful and generous, often sparking great conversations among guests.

Though the kitchen was accommodating, the hot tub closed off for the off-season left some wishing for that relaxation option.

I stayed for two nights in a room with a king bed and a skylight. The breakfasts prepared by our host were filling and enjoyable. I loved the evenings around the bonfire, sharing stories with my partner. The gardens were lovely, showing the charm of the area. The quietness of the countryside reminded me of home in Italy. Overall, a pleasant experience for our little getaway.
