There is a slight issue with ants in the room, which may be a concern for those traveling with young children.

I recently stayed at Z Pad Residences for a week and it was perfect for my needs. The staff were extremely accommodating and the room was unexpectedly spacious and clean. I especially loved the separate working space outside the bedroom, which was incredibly convenient. The friendly and helpful staff, along with the affordable rates, made my stay even more enjoyable. The comfortable bed, cool air conditioning, and daily room cleaning were added bonuses. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Z Pad Residences. the suite we booked was enormous and perfect for our group. the common area was spacious and comfortable, and each bedroom had its own toilet and shower, which made things convenient for everyone. the rooms were well-equipped with TVs and fridges, and the linen was crisp. the location was great, with easy access to Downtown, the Municipal Hall, Robinsons Place, and other attractions. the bathroom was luxurious with its all-glass-wall design. the strong WiFi and affordable cost were also big pluses. We'll definitely choose to stay here again for our next trip to Tacloban.

Felt so much at home, no complaints.

The rooms were cozy and the front desk staff were really helpful. the property and furniture were in good shape, and the location was convenient with nearby stores and food places.

There was no breakfast included and no swimming pool available. the TV reception was very bad and the wifi kept dropping.

Although there was a minor delay in preparing the bed, the housekeepers quickly rectified the situation without invading my privacy. the room I stayed in was designed for a single person, but it also had a shared common area/kitchenette that I used as a convenient meeting place to collaborate with colleagues. I appreciated that the hotel served house water in reusable bottles. the best part was the hotel's prime location, right across the street from a mall.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was clean and comfortable. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed. the beds were especially comfortable and the bedding was top-notch. our experience at Z Pad Residences was excellent.
