The staff at Z Pad Residences were a highlight of our stay—friendly and quick to assist. The room was clean, with strong Wi-Fi and comfortable bedding that made for restful nights. Being next to a large shopping center was super convenient for meals and shopping.

the room was a bit cramped for me, but it was spotlessly clean. they provided strong wi-fi and toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. also, i loved that the location was super close to cafes and restaurants 🍔. overall, a good stay.

Be prepared for limited dining options nearby and some lapses in supplies like towels and toilet paper. Good for short stays but could be improved for longer visits.

Our stay was exceptional. we loved the spacious and comfortable rooms with fast wifi, an electric kettle, and a convenient location near shops—everything we needed!

We had a nice stay with comfy beds and strong Wi-Fi. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help! Loved that we could have friends over for a catch-up, which really made the trip more fun. Just wish the check-in time was a bit earlier. that 3 PM wait felt like forever after traveling.

Had a great time with friends! The staff were super friendly and fast. We enjoyed the nearby golf course and hit up some local spots for food. Just a heads up, the plated breakfast is in-room only, and it’s a bit far to walk to good restaurants.

One day, the water heater wasn’t working properly. It was a hassle asking for toilet paper and water on our second night too.

This place was an excellent fit for taking strolls in Tacloban with good value. The receptionists were super stars, making check-in a breeze and helping with any questions. Try to have your meals planned out as there are no restaurants nearby and it takes some time to get to one.
