The property was also home to four horses and even black bears, adding to the unique charm of the place. The fireplace and gas lighting added to the charming atmosphere, and the starry nights were incredible. It was the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings. The cabins were cozy and well-equipped, with gas-powered lights, warm water, and a large fridge. The views from the porch were breathtaking and provided a sense of peace and privacy. The owners were friendly and helpful, even checking the road conditions for us. We loved the presence of horses and the opportunity to swim in a quiet lake nearby. It was also a bonus to see a mother bear with her cubs from a safe distance.

We only stayed for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The couch in the cabin could use an update as the cushions sank too low, making it uncomfortable to sit on.
