I got great value for my money with a charmingly decorated room and clean bathroom. The location was perfect, in a quiet and pretty neighborhood just a short walk from the central train station. The staff at Cafe Modern were welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast option could be improved by accepting credit cards at the nearby coffees place.

The hotel is located in a very calm area, away from the crowds of the city center. It is easily accessible by the free ferry from Central Station, which takes you to the hotel in just 15 minutes. The area surrounding the hotel has some great restaurants, shops, and a market. the hotel offers great facilities like a kitchen where you can cook and make drinks, as well as a lovely bench made from reclaimed wood.

The hotel is situated near a courtyard where the cafe diners eat and drink, which can be noisy on a Saturday night.

I had a fantastic stay at Cafe Modern. the location was great, tucked away in a lovely leafy area of the city but still easily accessible with the free ferry from Central Station. the staff were really helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the quirky style of the building, although the creaky floorboards added to the charm. There was a good supermarket nearby and I also enjoyed breakfast at the bakery in the square opposite.
