As low-budget travelers, we loved the vintage design and well-preserved details of the 1905 heritage home. The ample seating areas, including a library and pool room, were great for hanging out. The location was central, just a short stroll away from the waterfront trail, local museums, and the town's main street. The hosts were warm and welcoming, offering complimentary beverages and serving a delicious homemade breakfast. The candlelit breakfast and the opportunity to chat with the hosts and other guests added to the overall charm of the stay.

The room with two beds did not have an attached bathroom. However, there was a large private bathroom just one door down, so it wasn't a major issue.
