The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the train station, making it super easy to get around. The rooms are clean and cozy, with functional layouts that exceed expectations. The service staff at the counter are polite, friendly, and go the extra mile, providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast and has a great selection of nearby food places for convenience.

There was a slight odor in the hotel, but the staff promptly addressed it by spraying air freshener.

Had an awesome Easter stay, found the hotel to be a nice place, comfy beds and the housekeeping staff were always helpful. The hotel is near to the bus and train stations with easy access to various destinations. With lively markets to explore nearby, the location provided a nice vibe and plenty of options for dining out. The hotel's unique design and courtyard were impressive too.

The complimentary toiletries were too wasteful and not very environmentally-friendly. Plus, the breakfasts were served cold and the cafe staff seemed uninterested in assisting customers or keeping the tables clean.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been more convenient, as it was situated in a vibrant area close to the railway station and the Wen hua night market. It was only a short walk to the train station, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The hotel provided excellent services such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. We were also impressed with the quality of the rooms, which were well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful garden area and a sun terrace where we could relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

We recently stayed at a quirky hotel in a great location across from the train station. The hotel had funny and unique designs along the corridors, with our floor having a dinosaur/Jurassic Park theme. The room was spacious with a small balcony, and the hotel had a modern design. The staff were helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We were a family of 8 from Singapore and everyone loved this hotel. The staff even handled an incident involving another guest with professionalism. We will definitely come back and recommend to friends. A great place to stay for a day trip to Alishan and nearby cities.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at a hotel in Chiayi City. The rooms were spacious and modern, with plenty of USB charging ports and power outlets. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the cleanliness was impeccable. Despite a slight odor issue, the hotel staff promptly addressed it and took measures to freshen the air. The location was extremely convenient, with the train station just a short walk away, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. we had a comfortable and convenient stay at the Mega Hotel and would recommend it to others.
