This hotel was great value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the amenities that were included. The staff were attentive and paid attention to detail, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect for our needs, being close to the hockey tournament venue as well as offering beautiful views of either the mountains or the Olympic park. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a very comfortable king bed and a pull-out sofa.

However, the night shift staff's use of the loud staircase entrance near my room was a major inconvenience.

I recently stayed at Sandman hotel and was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room for free. The front desk staff were amazing and even took the time to listen to my nephew's stories with genuine excitement. The location was convenient and felt safe, with the elevator requiring a room key card for access. The room was clean, the AC worked great, and I enjoyed the view of Calgary Olympic Park.

The only thing that could have been better were the breakfast items.

Stayed in a hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Had two restaurants which were a plus. The staff at reception was friendly which made check-in and check-out easy. And guess what? They offered a discount at the liquor store across the road.
