Our group was accommodated on the same floor, which was a great convenience. The room had all the necessary amenities and was kept clean. The hotel's location near Sengakuji Station made it easy to access popular areas like Shibuya and the airports. The staff were also helpful and friendly.

During our recent stay at Smile Hotel Shinagawasengakujiekimae, we were impressed with the convenient transportation options nearby, especially the proximity to the subway station. The hotel's attention to detail in meeting various guest needs, such as providing disposable razors, toothbrush sets, and chargers, was greatly appreciated. The cleanliness of the hotel, coupled with the delivery of fresh towels, added to our overall satisfaction. In comparison to other three-star hotels we've stayed at, we found the service facilities at Smile Hotel Shinagawasengakujiekimae to be the best.

The wifi in our room did not work at all, and while the staff tried to accommodate by offering a room change, it was inconvenient for us as we had already unpacked. However, we were able to rely on our own internet connection in the end.

Our stay at Smile Hotel Shinagawasengakujiekimae was fantastic! The location was ideal, with Sengakuji Station right next to the hotel for easy airport access. The nearby JR Line made it convenient to explore Shibuya and other areas. Having a 7/11 next door was also really convenient. The room was clean, and even though the bed was a bit hard, the overall experience was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This makes it incredibly convenient for travelers to explore the city and reach their destinations quickly and efficiently. The close proximity to these transportation hubs is definitely a major advantage of staying at this hotel.

The hotel lacks some extra storage solutions, such as under the bed space for luggage. This can be a bit inconvenient for guests who are looking to store their belongings in a more organized manner and might require them to navigate around their luggage in the small rooms.
